RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. We accept returns based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. After we have given you authorization to return, the item(s) must be received within 10 days.

If you choose to exchange for another garment, you will only be charged shipping for the new garment. If you are returning for a credit, there is a 20% re-stocking fee if the item has not been opened. If the item has been opened, there is a 30% restock and repackage fee. Your credit card will be credited the price of the garment(s), less the 20% or 30% as appropriate.. Shipping Fees cannot be refunded. All products must be in perfect condition with tags still on and in original packaging. If a product has been worn or shows signs of wear, the product cannot be refunded and will be returned to the purchaser. - NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE

ALL INTIMATE COSTUMES,HOSIERY/BODYSUITS, PANTIES/THONGS,SOME BIKINIS, CHAIN CLOTHING, WIGS, PERSONAL LINGERIE and TEDDIES are NOT RETURNABLE due to sanitary/health concerns and regulations of State and Federal Laws

You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via email within 7 days of delivery to obtain credit or exchange. We reserve the legal right to REFUSE unauthorized returns! All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging.

For health reasons, panties/thongs/g strings attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. *Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.*

If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. Company Policy may allow a partial refund, a partial credit, or the garments are of the type or condition that they must be returned to you.

Items must be received within 10 days once return authorization has been obtained, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days.

For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused. Underwear and intimate items, once worn cannot be returned. Federal and State Laws prohibit the return of certain undergarments such as thongs, panties, etc. Please write our merchant processing center in advance of returning any items for authorization instructions. Our company cannot be responsible for returns that have not been authorized and your purchase from this website constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.
